Projects
Past Projects By LA Urban Planners
We guide projects through all phases of development – both public and private – under existing state and local laws.
Malibu Country Club Project
We were able to show that there were additional lots with the Malibu Country Club. The Malibu Country Club went from 19 lots to 32 lots and was recently sold for $30 million to Chinese investors. I was able to provide services to show the clients how to circumvent the California Coastal Commission and the Los Angeles County Ridgeline Ordinances.
James Cameron Project in Malibu, CA
The James Cameron Project in Malibu, CA went from 6 lots to 25 lots. Rescinded the Lot Line Adjustment filed with the County of Los Angeles and provided proof that there was a total of 25 lots on his property.
Cyrus Project Off of Pacific Coast Highway (PCH)
The Cyrus Project off of Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) went from 1 to 5 lots. There were additional lots, but the client did not want to pursue by showing existing financing on the subject property.
Pepperdine University Project
Attorney James Wolh sought to develop two lots in the exclusive Benedict Canyon neighborhood of Los Angeles. Facing pressure from local residents and a hostile approval process, we were hired to help get the project done. Our research established that Mr. Wohl had an existing legal right to develop nine lots, not two, making him millions.
